We sell tickets for conferences, workshops, and other events through EventCreate. When you register, EventCreate may collect information such as your name, email address, organization, ticket selection, order details, and answers to registration questions.
Big Design receives the registration and order information needed to manage the event, communicate with attendees, provide support, and complete check-in.
Payments are handled by EventCreate and its payment provider. Big Design does not receive or store your complete payment card number. EventCreate and its payment provider handle information according to their own privacy policies.

Our online store is hosted by Squarespace. When you place an order, Squarespace and its payment providers may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping information, order details, and payment information.
Big Design receives the customer and order information needed to fulfill purchases, provide support, handle returns, and maintain financial records. We do not receive or store your complete payment card number.

We use outside services to operate the website, send email, manage registrations, process ticket payments, measure site traffic, and publish media.
These services include:
Squarespace for website hosting, forms, and site tools
EventCreate for event registration and ticket sales
EventCreate’s payment provider for payment processing
Our email service provider for newsletters
YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, LinkedIn, Instagram, Meetup, and Luna for media and community content
When you visit, follow a link to, or interact with one of these services, that company may collect information under its own privacy policy. Big Design does not control how those services handle information.
